Two Beaches

Kennack Sands is actually split into two beaches by a headland. The second beach is approached by a footpath behind the headland and is very quiet even in the peak holiday period.
The clean sea waters are warmed by the Gulf Stream and some people have even swum with the dolphins that it attracts.
Dogs are permitted on the eastern beach but the western beach is dog free.
