Conditions
All
bookings are made and accepted subject to the following conditions:

Hire
is from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the
day of departure. Please do not arrive early and anticipate
availability. The key may be collected from reception up to
9.00 p.m. Prior aarrangements can be made for late arrivals.
- Caravans
must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition. Damage to caravans
or equipment must be reported to the proprietors and paid for.
- Only
those people named on the booking form are allowed in the caravan
unless prior permission has been obtained in writing from the
proprietors
- As
our caravans are designed for family use we regret that we are
UNABLE to accept booking from ALL MALE OR ALL FEMALE PARTIES.
- Pillow
cases and sheets must be suppilied by visitors for all persons
and possession will be refused unless they are provided.
- Well
trained pets are welcome provided they are kept under control,
NOT ALLOWED ON SEATS AND BEDS and are NOT LEFT UNATTENDED IN CARAVANS.
Dogs must be kept on a lead while on site and EXERCISED OFFSITE.
Please bring their own baskets, blankets, etc. with you. Prior
notice of pets must be given on booking.
- Clothes
lines must not be fixed to caravans.
- Noise
from TVs, radios, etc. must be kept to a minimum particularly
after 10.00 p.m. to avoid disturbance to other visitors.
- Seats,
blankets and other equipment must not be taken outside the caravan
or to the beach.
- Deposits
on cancelled bookings are not refundable. In the event of cancellation,
the balance of the hire charge is payable in full should the caravan
not be re-let. Notice of cancellation should be sent by registered
post.
- The
balance of the hire charge is due one month before your holiday
is due to commence. If the balance is not received one month before
the arrival date the caravan may be re-let.
- The
proprietors cannot accept liability in respect of personal injury
or for loss or damagee to visitors property however caused.
- When
placing a booking you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the occupation
of any site without compensation when in their opinion the above
conditions are not being observed or when the conduct of any visitor
is considered detrimental to the proprietor or other visitors.
These
conditions are intended to help us maintain the park to a high standard
in order that ALL may enjoy their holiday.
